Beijing, Daxing District — 11 November 2025 — All members of the Shiny-Control Group Party Branch convened today in the company’s dedicated Party workshop for a focused study session that marries in-depth theory with real-world practice, turning the Party’s latest guidance into a “red engine” for regional growth.

Zhu Hui, Party Branch Secretary, opened the session with a concise briefing on the Communiqué of the 20th CPC Central Committee’s Fourth Plenary Session. Her presentation highlighted the capital-development and industrial-upgrade clauses in the forthcoming 15th Five-Year Plan and underscored Beijing Party Secretary Yin Li’s call to “build Daxing into a flagship zone for high-end, precision and cutting-edge industries.” The review deepened members’ understanding of the “two affirmations” and reinforced their ideological foundation.

A lively “theory + practice” discussion followed. A sales-team member captured the mood: “As a frontline Party member, I will weave the principle that ‘innovation is the primary driver’ into every client conversation, help the company crack tough technical problems and accelerate Daxing’s industrial upgrade.” Simultaneous livestreams and group chats ensured mobile and off-site Party members stayed fully engaged.

Participants then watched the short video Come to Daxing—Opportunities Await, produced by the Daxing District Organization Department’s Here Is Daxing channel. The clip showcased the district’s location advantages, vibrant industry clusters and livable-environment achievements, sparking animated dialogue on how employees in “new-economy” and “new-organization” roles can translate policy momentum into concrete projects.

In her closing remarks, Secretary Zhu urged every member to convert newly acquired knowledge into measurable action. “Study to forge spirit, study to sharpen minds, study to spur performance,” she said, calling on the branch to anchor itself at the intersection of corporate success, Xihongmen Town construction and district-wide high-quality development.

The Shiny-Control Group Party Branch will now roll out follow-up initiatives that embed today’s take-aways into quarterly KPIs, volunteer-service programmes and joint R&D projects with local universities.
